Choosing the right flute & grade

  • E flute (~1.5 mm) — fine, printable; retail and inner boxes.
  • B flute (~3 mm) — puncture-resistant; printed shipping boxes.
  • A flute (~5 mm) — the tallest profile; maximum cushioning and stacking strength for heavy loads.
  • AB double-wall (~8 mm) — heavy, high-stack and long-transit shipments.

Bursting strength and ECT are matched to your contents weight, stack height and transit mode. Not sure? Use the board-grade selector or send your product weight.

Whatever you call them — corrugated boxes, corrugated carton boxes, corrugated packaging boxes or plain corrugated cardboard boxes — every unit starts as fluted kraft board glued between two liners inside our Chittagong EPZ plant. That single sheet becomes RSC master cartons, die-cut retail packaging, telescoping boxes and cardboard pallets, all cut and printed to your buyer's exact spec. Because a corrugated cardboard box is only as strong as its weakest wall, we match the flute profile, bursting strength and edge-crush test (ECT) to your load and freight route. Corrugated box FAQs

What corrugated flute grades do you produce?

We run A, B and E single-wall flutes and AB double-wall. E suits retail and printed boxes, B is the workhorse for export master cartons, and A or AB double-wall carries heavy or high-stack shipments.

What is the difference between RSC and FOL cartons?

An RSC (Regular Slotted Container) has all flaps the same length meeting in the middle — the standard, economical export carton. An FOL (Full Overlap) has outer flaps that fully overlap for extra stacking strength and edge protection on heavy goods.

Can you print our buyer's artwork on the boxes?

Yes. We print buyer artwork, shipping marks, barcodes and FSC trademarks in-house by flexo and offset, and supply pre-production samples for buyer approval before the run.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on construction, board grade and print. Share your spec through the quote form and we'll confirm the MOQ and price within 24 hours.

Need export cartons on spec and on time?

Send a tech pack and we'll quote within 24 hours.
